This is a vintage Taylor Tot baby stroller and walker manufactured by the Frank F. Taylor Company, dating from the 1940s or 1950s.

It features a original red and white metal frame with a wooden handle, a play tray with beads, and a detachable footrest, and bumper guards. It is designed to convert between a stroller for walking and a walker for a child's early developtment.
