Monday starts sunny and quiet, with temperatures around 69 degrees early and a light northeast breeze. The air already feels a little warmer than the thermometer shows, and humidity will be hard to ignore from the start.

By afternoon, expect partly sunny skies as the temperature climbs to a high of 92. South winds stay light near 6 mph, but the bigger story is the heat. It could feel like 105 at the hottest part of the day, so outdoor plans may need extra water and a few breaks. Rain chances stay low at 25 percent.
