Brooks, 32, appeared in federal court last Friday, Aug. 21, 2026, and will remain detained pending trial on a federal bank robbery charge after authorities said he allegedly robbed a bank Aug. 13, 2026, in Fairview Heights, Illinois.Brooks is facing one count of federal bank robbery.
