Davis, a sophomore, plays football and participates on the track and field team. This means he has an incredibly busy schedule, but he enjoys every practice, game and meet.
Sports require high school athletes to develop responsibility and a work ethic, which Davis demonstrates. He balances his academics and his athletics with grace. He shows a clear commitment to his own success and does everything he can to achieve.
Additionally, Davis has learned valuable lessons about working as a team. He is known to his teammates as a devoted and collaborative player. He supports his fellow students on and off the field and track, and he always looks out for those he cares about.
Beyond his sports, Davis enjoys playing guitar and video games. He also spends a lot of time with his friends.
Though only a sophomore, Davis is already thinking about life after graduation. He hopes to attend college, and he can’t wait to declare a major when the time comes. His teachers and loved ones will cheer him on, just as they do during every game and meet.
