Grafton Chamber Seeks Holiday Character Volunteers

The Grafton Chamber of Commerce invites volunteers to dress as festive characters for the Holiday Treat Trail event on December 6, engaging visitors with creative costumes and holiday spirit.

GRAFTON — The Grafton Chamber of Commerce is seeking volunteers to dress as holiday characters for the city’s upcoming Holiday Treat Trail on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025. The event aims to engage visitors with festive entertainment and create memorable experiences throughout the community.

Organizers are encouraging individuals and groups to bring creativity and holiday spirit by adopting fun and unconventional costumes. Suggested characters include Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, figures from "A Christmas Story," the cast of "The Nightmare Before Christmas," and iconic personalities such as Cousin Eddie or Clark Griswold from "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation." The chamber also welcomes fans of John McClane from "Die Hard," which is recognized locally as a Christmas movie.

Volunteers will have the opportunity to interact with attendees during the day, with the possibility that the best costume performer could be honored as a guest of honor at the Grafton Winter Lights Parade later that evening. The parade will feature Louie, the mascot of the St. Louis Blues hockey team.
