On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, Arnold agglegdly drove and struck the victim with his vehicle, causing the victim to fall to the ground and receive an injury.

Macoupin County Sheriff’s Office records indicate Arnold was released from custody and was given conditions for his pre-trial release.
