Billie R. Mills, 67, passed away at 8:14 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2022, at Jersey Community Hospital.
Born June 21, 1954, in Carrollton, she was a daughter of William Furlow and Elfreda (McAdams) Riedlinger. Both preceded her in death.
Billie worked in home health care, specializing in clients with special needs. Her special loves were cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Kathy Nance of Missouri, Vicki (Brian) Rose of Pekin, IL, Camissa Smith of Cottage Hills, Ann (Michael) Ferguson of Pekin, Chad (Amber) Hancock of Alton, and William (Amanda) Hancock of Granite City; several grandchildren; and several siblings.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several siblings.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
