Paula Watters

Paula D. Watters, 66, of Moro, passed away at 3:33 pm, on Thursday, October 31, 2019, at OSF St. Anthony’s Health Care.

She was born May 28, 1953, in Wood River, IL, the daughter of Arlyn and Betty (Riley) Reinke, both preceded her in death.

Paula was a member of the Concordia Lutheran Church in Cottage Hills where she was a member of the Lady’s Guild. She enjoyed helping people and going to Heritage Days. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and loved being a grandma.

She is survived by her children, Eric and Jennifer Watters of Wood River, Samuel and Daniela Watters of Alton, and Timothy and Kelsey Watters of Staunton; six grandchildren, Jessica and Brandon Howard, Aaron and Stephanie Watters, Deanna Watters, Jordan Wallace, Jaidyn Wallace and Juliette Davies; four great-grandchildren, Josie, Ember, Dawson and Drake; and siblings, Tracy Bollinger of Wood River, Steve Reinke of Texas and Karen Reinke of Illinois.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 10 am until time of service at 12:30 pm at Concordia Lutheran Church in Cottage Hills. Pastor Daniel Speckhard will officiate.

Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
