Cruise in our Halloween parade - line up at Noon at Hartford community center parade starts at 1:00pm and will head south to the park. Cars will turn right at first entrance into park.
This event starts immediately after the parade, please try to be there before 1:00pm or after parade is finished (if not cruising in parade)
Dash plaques first come first serve while supplies last.
