Learn how to recognize and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges at this one-day, in-person Mental Health First Aid course. Participants gain skills to provide initial help and support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem.
This class is open to the public and designed for anyone who wants to make a difference — community members, professionals, educators, and anyone interested in improving mental wellness in their community.
