Calhoun Entertainment Company is gearing up for their spring musical, "ANNIE" which will be presented at the Center for American Archeology Center in Kampsville, Illinois, on March 26th through March 29th. Daphne Slusser of Jerseyville has the lead role of Annie. Carter Haug of Hardin is playing the stern yet loving Daddy Warbucks and Ellie Nolte of Brussels is Grace, the secretary to Mr. Warbucks. Teresa Goetten of Jerseyville is the evil Miss Hannigan, who is in charge of the orphanage. It will be the first time for both Annie and Daddy Warbucks to be appearing on the musical stage. Both give impressive performances. Thursday through Saturday performances begin at 7 p.m. and the Sunday performance begins at 2 p.m. Ticket prices are Adults $12.00, Seniors over 60 are $10.00 and Grade School and Under are $10.00. Tickets are on sale at Northside Family Foods in Hardin, Hardin Package Liquors and all Calhoun County locations of the Bank of Kampsville and the Bank of Calhoun County.
